Payment
We ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price within 10 days
Remaining payment incl. 500 € security deposit up to 4 weeks prior to arrival (this will be returned within 7 days of non-use)
Cash payment on arrival or on the spot is not possible
Cancellation fees
1 month before arrival -> 25% of the costs incurred
Up to 1 week prior to arrival -> 70% of the costs incurred
In the last week before the start -> 90% of the incurred costs
Cancellation on the day of arrival -> 100% of the cost
